    Naked Chicken

    Hi everybody,

I've been lurking on this site for years and finally decided to make an account and post something. For the past few months I've been focusing on learning how to use Zbrush and Maya. Each model ends up even better than the last and I am particularly happy with this one. Any feedback is of course welcome!

I don't know much about 3D modeling. but this awesome. If nothing else I want to give you a compliment for the awesome choice of model! Better then girls with boobs even!

I have no intention of becoming a professional artist, I just aspire to become a really good amateur.

    Great work,fantastic !
One question: is the skin detail sculpted or texture painted ? Can you show us "naked" sculpt without paint ?

I made the base mesh in Maya, sculpted detail in Zbrush then painted it in Zbrush as well. Here's a render of the Zbrush model, Hires and the lores mesh. These are straight from the Zbrush BPR renderer to show the images.
Edit: i forgot to include the Lores! Here it is!

Very cool! It even looks kinda pissed off. A nicely done modern theropod!
