Old CA member with a new sketchbook
Hey Conceptart. I fell off the map for a while but, started to claw my way back into art. I work primarily in ballpoint pen but, I dabble in mixed media. The below are some examples of train sketches and various other artworks that I deem "post worthy". Comments and crits are most welcome. Thanks for looking.

Thanks all. Yeap all ballpoint. The Chow 23 is mixed media. Watercolor, ball point and colored pencils. Here are some more train sketches and ramblings.
Here's something old... Kinda botched it with the sappy color but, sometimes you gotta just try...
These were intended to be added with some kickass graphic design work by a buddy of mine. But, he never got around to working on it.

Great "penmanship" here. Great imagination and observational skills. Not much to say except keep it coming.

For the sake of keeping this SB going until I get off my lazy ass and scan some new pages here are some oldies. Basically, mixed media experiments and watercolor stabs....
Ink, watercolor, magazine and newspaper pages.
Watercolor, ink, marker and colored pencil

Wow, what a great sketchbook. You are really good at portraying the form of an object with your values and you have some nice ideas.
I looked at your older sketchbook as well and you have definitely come a long way. I look forward to seeing more.
