I really like the potential that I see here. Great paintings.
I would love to see some real basic pencil on paper / linedrawing anatomy studies of yours. Share them

Updatezzzzzz .. Here's a photo study of Ophelia from Pan's Labyrinth (GREAT MOVIE. ALMOST CRIED. SERIOUSLY.) One eye is mutated. I'll re-visit it after some sleep! Experimenting with different rendering tech's as well. Loads of fun!

Environment of the week! Yay! First time ever I put something up in those of the week challenges!
The challenge of this week is to create a home (a lair) for one of the following creatures, Fossegrimen, Nokken or the Draug.

So far it looks pretty tropical, and I can't imagine neither of those mythic creatures living in some tropical area. Even so, i'm quite happy with it! I'll finish it later this day/tomorrow! Yay!

Kind of done with the EoW! First ever, so I'm quite happy with it. Not sure how long it took, but i'd say around 6-7 hours, perhaps 8.

I like the last image, you captured the effect of water splashing with loose brushwork. There is a problem with the top of your composition in terms of how erosion shapes rock, could only explained through a paint-over, you have to ask.

@the-muddy - Thaaank you muddsykin! Trying to keep up with the ".. of the week" challenges cause it's GREAT training!
@Buxu - Thanks mate! Will do, will do.

Ugh, the layout on this post is horrible, anyway!

Not posting anything major, just some quicksies and a rock study

ALSO! I just moved to my new school, I LOOOOOVE it here. It's awesome, in every way really. Yesterday I had my first croquis lesson for about 2 hours roughly, went through 25 poses.

Those studies are looking good! I think you have a good sense of color. And I like your use of textures.

    Croooquiis

Okay, so we did some fast paced croquis in school! First time evah, finally I gathered some courage to tackle the thing that I want to learn the most, I find almost the most difficult. #scared #of #failure #hashtags #are #not #cool

Update! did some environment work, and compared it to some older work of mine. To me, it's a huge difference, so that's awesome - but then I get all sad and thinks that in 2.5 years, i should've done better, and improved more. #encouraged&discouraged

@Artezianin - Hiyas! Thank you very much, glad you like it.

@Avon - Haha, here are some Swedish people indeed, but mostly I see people from like Canada and stuff. I've been artsy since I can remember, but it's about 2-3 years ago that I really started out being serious about it. Before that it was just "something i enjoyed doing". Now it's so much more, it's what I live for basicly. #holy_cheese_that_was_cheesy! Also thanks for the kind words of yours!
