    Student News Intro - Opinions?

First post here. I've only recently gotten into motion graphics (about a week ago). And after a bit of practicing and such, this is what I've got to show for it.

It's an intro for my high school's weekly student news broadcast.

I did the animation in After Effects, and created the music as well.

    Opinions?

Nice work brendyman, this is looking very professional! Are you sure you've only been in motion graphics for a week? This is the kind of stuff that can make people jealous, haha.

This version of the intro is certainly an improvement on the previous one. I think the previous one, although still very good, was dictated too much by the beat of the music to the point it became to predictable and mechanical.

By the way, if you place [.v.v.] and [./.v.v.] (without the dots) on either side of the Vimeo video code, you can embed the Vimeo video right into your post.

Thanks. And yeah, I've only been at it for about a week. I'll be making one of these intros every week for my school, so that'll definitely be good practice. And I'll be able to put them in a portfolio if I ever feel interested in doing client work.
