    pen tilt in bamboo?

    Did anyone tried to hack a wacom bamboo tablet to make the tilt work?

    I have a Wacom Create and im very happy with it, but i'm curious about the tilt feature.

    lol do you have a link?
    I own an intuos myself, but it's really amuzing if bamboo hardware can detect tilt, but they locked it intentionally
    so you can basically get a ghetto intuos 3 given current bamboo's pressure specs AND unofficial support of tilt?

    haha, there's no link, i mean't, if anyone tried at all.

    that's what i'd like to know, if the hardware can detect tilt and it's locked,

    or if there is a way to hack it, like opening the pen and all, and twitching something inside the pen.

    I guess I misunderstood you than.
    Nope, I don't think there's a way to add tilt to bamboo;
    you may or may not need it depending on software you're using, though -
    right now it's mostly photoshop's bristle brushes and painter's dry media taking the most advantage of tilt; most of CG art is done without using it anyway.
    (however if you feel your art will benefit from tilt, or you want to replicate the real pencil behaviour digitally, it might be worth to purchase intuos)
