I'm not one to really enjoy Vin Diesel in a movie, but I liked Pitch Black, so I'm kind of looking forward to Chronicles of Riddick.

Wow I'm glad to see very good suggestions around here !

    Movies that you must see:

    Delicatessen

    Nikita (Luc Besson's version)

    The Name of the Rose

    Ennemy at the Gates

    Rising Sun

    Dark City

    Amadeus

Movies that I must see as soon as I can (and not yet listed):

    Sharks' tail
Two Brothers (Hey Annaud directed it! - that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it)

Hell yeah! How could I forget Amadeus? My mum took me to see it when I was about 13, I thought it would be crap, but it blew my tiny mind.

I just saw Zatoichi (the new one by Beat Takeshi). It was very fun. A very musical movie, without being, well, a musical. Definitely check it out when it comes through your town. I think it is making the art house rounds, I saw it at the Asian Film Festival in Dallas.
