Hey dude, you have an amazing sb. So much progress made and now you seem to be strong at everything! Would be nice to see some more finished envronments though. I like the way you've handled the thunderdome and eow pieces a lot more than the spetember 26th thunderdome... I like the sketchiness of them.

Hey hyver, really enjoyed looking through ure sketches here, good stuff. The last one looks real nice. The beige paper ones are cool. Values look good on the last one, maybe a little anatomical incorrect, eyes looks biig etc, but it still reads real well.

    Keep it up. Andy.

Jens - thanks for the input! it's funny though, you can still see the pencil line where i originally marked the neck.. guess i sank too much in the pencil rush to be reminded by it
the smaller scans are pages i'm not too fond of, but i include them for completenes' sake i guess. maybe there's a decent crop to be found in them somewhere though.. later

love youre filled pages. working always. may I ask an ignorant question?
it;s clear you make your own sketchbooks.. what paper? I can't find any that is smooth enough to take an ink line and sturdy enough to do wash... (I keep doing wash on wimpy paper ..voila wrinkles.
great sketchbook here. and thanks for stomping on ned in honorable fashion...heehe

Sweet stuff here, I really like the environment sketch of the ship bay. Really good perspective and nice details (the cats playing in the street and the fish sign). I also like your loose sketch style. Im always afraid to sketch loosely, but it really works for you.

This stuff is so dope man! The values you put down are especially interesting and your concept stuff is awesome! Keep it up and good luck in that 'certain' thunderdome!

I'm scared! I love your pen sketches; there's a lot of spontaneity and vitality there that I'd like to sip from your brain through a straw of some sort. . . Great work!

probably the last sketch for this extended workshop.. it's one week later, getting light again, and i think i've slept about 3 days worth in the whole week.

this one was drawn (half) in slash's sketchbook and he's leaving for the airport in a few hours so i figured i scanned this one first. loads more to come when i'm back from holidays. stay tuned!
