    Hunchdebunch's (mostly comic-filled) Sketchbook

The title is in anticipation of the likelyhood that this will mostly contain comic pages

What is the bad idea avout the slicing machine?
It´s cute, sweet and you can watch it day and night.

Ah, and good start here on concept art. I can´t give you artistic criticism but as a viewer I find you shadowing in the last one a bit disturbing. It doesn´t melt in with the painting and makes it look kind of "dirty". (Limited English)
In your third post (wolves) it looked better.
    Greetings,

    Thanks very much

The comic page with the wolves was actually drawn much more recently than the other piece, so I've had time to work on that shading, but I see exactly what you mean about the painting looking sort of dirty. Thanks for the advice!

My newest comic book page; I tried adding in a texture I created traditionally, to give it a bit more of a painterly appearance

Good start here. As for critiques, I'd say focus much more on the basics and construction to help you achieve results in regards to drawing figures. The more comfortable you are with the basics, the better, faster, and easier figure drawing will be. Keep it going!
