Well, not really ) I was studying architecture for 6 years, and academic drawing for 4 years - as part of architectural education.
But I was learning anatomy and stuff by myself (with help of Gottfried Bammes books) before I went to art classes at the age of 15.
Some of my pictures from that time are still floating in the web =) for example, I have one in my old epilogue.net gallery (I would link it, but their server shut down again).

Damn dude. That piece in post 23 has a really nice mood and colours.

I also lóve your 8th piece in post 42. It has some interesting lighting and the design itself is really cool. Nice rendering throughout your work. Keep it up!

so amazing start but surely you are doing art now for some longer time ?

Everything you touch seems very nice but I like your detailed pencil work most

Wicked line drawings, I love the anatomy studies! I will have to check out Gottfried Bammes books. My only critique is that you should post more! But maybe that's just selfish.

I really like the old man reading the book on that last one! That transition from dark to grey is really nice.

I like the poses of the characters, they have a nice amount of gesture.

Holy cow, these are all delicious! The pencil work is phenomenal, the forms read beautifully, and the details read great and clear without overwhelming the larger forms. This is grade-A stuff, can't wait for more! Talk about inspirational!
