    CHoW#268_Panshi

Hi there, here is my final entry,
I prefered light style for parkour purpose, so I dressed him in simple kimono like Kurosawa's 7 Samurais, Musashi, or Kenshin the Vagabond.
He's got freerun oriented artificial legs, inspired by Tron and Deus Ex, as well as artificial arms suited for fast hand-to-hand combat.
I prefered to keep his sword as traditional as possible, since it's the "soul of its owner", and just gave him an electroshock hand as backup weapon.

Thanks for watching, and good luck to you all!

    All the best,
    Panshi.

It was a difficult brief to follow -- I'm not even sure if I pulled it off -- but I liked the challenge. Good luck to everyone!

    My take on Chow 268

This is what I ended up with. I wanted to have hip-hop feel to the guy, and trying to have look pretty young as well. thought it might contribute to the "modern" feel.
    Cheers

Damn, I really tried to get this fully rendered but I didn't have much time so I can only show it up to this level.

I still had to make some changes because he kind of looks more like a ninja than a samurai, but he's still with the cool badass look XD.
Maybe next time I'll be able to do better. This was a really inspiring thread.
