Guess I'll be the first to say "Welcome SatelliteNoodles!"
You look like you're off to a good start, just keep on working and you'll improve everyday.
One thing you might want to look out for on faces, such as the the one in your second post, is the structure of the eye. I can see that you're getting the idea of the eye as a sphere, but remember that eyelids are solid 3D forms as well that wrap around the eye. Her left (our right) eye is flattened in part because of this.

Your anatomy has some issues, the biggest suggestion for which is "work on your anatomy", which you're already doing, so good on you. =D One thing that sticks out for me, though, is your treatment of the ribcage/breasts. You've been drawing the ribcage quite small, and the stomach area leading into the pelvis quite large. On top of that, the breasts aren't really shaped correctly, and have no sense of weight. In some of the pictures, they almost look like large pecs, rather than something that sits on top. Just something to look at!
Your work's definitely paying off already, there's definite improvement even over the past month. I like the design in your latest post. =)

ok well since u asked for crits, and i dont know if im repeating myself.
definently work on anatomy, your bodies are too wide, faces rather flat and lifeless.
observe the human body, dont draw, just observe..wat do u notice?
perhaps some small things like with your last piece-
women generally have similar width of shoulders to hips. sometimes curvy women with bigger than shoulders and so forth..
anyways im no pro myself but just trying to help.
