Lav, achievement unlocked: my hands are now augmented :o
Vanaga, thanks! now i have to apply them..
Udonhead, yeah i tried to make it more 3dimensional, have to practice more.
Revidescent, thanks! Deviantart has good stock and some of them i shot pictures of my hands like the ones with the guns.

Here are some studies for the bloodsport challenge.
you need to illustrate the front of a toybox, you can chose between 3 silly IPs.. Crystal crusaders, Gorilla guardians or Legends of lizards.

gogo gorilla guardians! covert ops gorillas with augmented powers.

Go go, bloodsports! I hope you will get in the top 3, so they could crit you till you faint
I kinda liked when gorilla was holding 2 guns, the pose was much better. Now with the big machine gun it's not working, it seems like he is not holding it strong enough (such guns make huge recoil), but only with couple fingers like the gun would be some hot shit.
I hope I wasn't too harsh. Just my 2 cents

ah man sorry you shouldn't change yours because of mine! Its looking good, and the pose isn't the same! Main thing I'd say is lasso that gorilla head and move it up and to the right a bit, within the red banner but not getting cut up by it. Just feels weird having it clipping the edge (remember rule of thirds) when its meant to be the main focus, and would work well for the anatomy! You can probably also lose those divers and the light if they're gonna be killed by the packaging anyway Keep it up man

Vanga, Hey thanks again for the support, much appreciated!
yes i need some good assbeating :o

midknight523, hi! yeah that what i'm trying to go for.

Samc, it's all good! thanks for the advise
only problem is i already submitted my entry both per email and the daggers site.

I promise i'll apply you guys advice just to wrap it up nicely.
to be honest i only started this yesterday :o
heres the logo version i had already submitted.

the head is in the wrong place, the viewers eyes get trapped into the eyes of the tiger ( try viewing from a distance..you cannot escape the eye of the tiger) pose is wierd... basically i need to do this every week so i can screw up some more and learn from it

    Hey Lumens,
I think you're doing great! Your sense of colors is very good, and your handstudies for example are great, too.
Only advice I can think of atm is try and push some more of your work to a clean finish.
Other than that, keep up the great work!

Hey Lumens, thanks for the comments

Loads of great studies in here. You are jumping around lots of different subjects which is great and must be fun! I think some of the ladies thighs are a little over developed sometimes maybe.

    Other than that great stuff!
