Great stuff, and I definitely see progress in terms of more accurate anatomy!! I especially like the female with the bow and arrow (in white), very nice pose. Her left arm should probably be a little more locked straight instead of slightly bent but it's really nice. Keep it up!

great studies man They are very convincing I think, even though the last one shows some unfinished elements.

14 out of 30 complete.. the biggest problem is finding enough quality ref.
I'm just cropping out pictures now.

I envy your color picking skills, it was very interesting to watch your studies.
Good luck reaching 30 hands, they are great already

you shouldn't doubt yourself too much that can drive you crazy your sketchbook is good just overcome those flaws you mention and sooner or later you will be shocked at how much you improve and if you need reference to study anatomy try vanderpoel, bridgman, and loomis

Yor, Vanaga, udonhead: Thanks for the encouragement! i appreciate it

It is not that i doubt myself that much ( even though i am an introverted person ) I'm trying to be honest and the truth is i'm a bit inexperienced in art in almost all its levels. This is why im isolating the worst problems one by one to do stuff like this.

it makes a big difference to make it something very specific, for example im now doing 30 painted hands in one week..had i chosen to do as many as i can manage i wouldnt have gotten anything out of it cause theres no pressure.

With that said i like how 15# turned out.

Hands are coming along nicely. I really like them all, the ones in post #68 aren't as good (I think) as all the other ones but they are still better than I can do. I like the concept of picking one focus for a week......*runs off to think about body parts to draw......

Blueflies, yeah well im getting my ass kicked by these hands im telling ya..
    thanks again for the support.

While working on the third one i started getting not enough ram messages from photoshop. can't safe or even screenshot wich is mildly frustrating.
    I learned alot from 16# and 17#

Yes sir! i am honered by your visit
these arn't part of the 30 hands, i figured i can improve the last batch of hands by drawing tons of em..now my drawing hand hurts pretty bad.

    oh the irony.
