Thread: a new bunch

a new bunch
30 minuts acrylic
same pose, 1 minut
i think I'm still improving, the lines are much more confidents in those one (especially the 2 minuts poses) than the other weeks (except maybe for the drawings on yellow BG from last week)
please share your crits and comments

Yeah, way to go. Its good to see your improving. Try being more confident with your lines. In my opion. I think you're going to slow. Try capturing the pose with one line from the head to the toe first thing your do. In 1-2 secs. 3 tops. Torso shape as a quick shaper, pelvis and then limbs. U seem to be doing a great job. I love that first one. Its my faveeee.......
My fave of the 2 min. bunch is the fifth one. In these short poses try and catch the essence of the pose. It doesn't even have to look like the person. I like that one because of that shadow. good job
Hope my suggestions worked out for u. Just keep it up and keep em coming.

There is nothing wrong with using a photo to help you see things.
No one complains about life drawing,
so take a photo.
its easy, and will improve your piece greatly."
