    advice please! - career plan

Hiya people. I am sitting at my computer knowing that I have just completed my last ever module for university! It's saturday and my final project has to be handed in at 10.30am on Monday.

My small dilema is that I with this project I have to hand in my career plan for when I leave. I have been thinking of ideas of how to go about this and doing some research but nothing interesting has really come out of it.

As this forum is full of professional artists already in the industry that I want to get into, have any of you got any advice on what aspects are important in a career plan for becoming a 2D concept artist?

How did you go about organising your career plan? Are there any relly good ways of getting your foot in the door?

I'm always hunting for jobs on the internet and in magazines that specialise in design, but is there a better way of approaching the industry?

Please help me if you can!!

If you are good, you will always find work. You don't need a "carreer plan" but plan on ...

what you will be doing inbetween projects.
    potentialy moving a lot
    getting business savy
    revision,revisions,revisions, .....

99.9% of your work will be "work for hire " contracts. If you don't know what this is, get ready to suck it up!

has imagined, he will meet with a success
    unexpected in common hours."
