I figured its been enough and I think I've figured out where I want to go (LCAD :3) and since I don't even know where my old sketchbook went, nor am I too inclined to search for it. It's time for a new one. yeah

Grats on your new sb Btw I think this is your old sb http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=217799
And I wanna go to LCAD too! although the main prob for me is price. But my friend goes there right now and from what she says, it sounds pretty great.
From what I've seen from your work, I think you could benefit a lot from figure studies and gesturals. A lot of your sketches are stiff, off-proportion/inaccurate and you have waay too many passes over the same line imo.
Yeah, the prices are pretty ridiculous, but I think it would be worth it. Still not entirely sure what I want to do though either so..yeah.
But I'm probably going to transfer with some credits from community college, not to mention scholarships!
Anyways I left here for a bit because of reasons. Again.
But I'm back and I think I've improved not much but some.
I've been working on less scratchy lines and wow I have not posted here in AGES. again.
I am a terribad CA.orger.
Okay anyways I'm gonna be bothering yall a lot more now that I'm gonna have knee surgery tommorow because I have a needle. in my knee muscles.
cool lets art.
I keep thinking I did more art but then I remember its pixel art..
If pictures are too big, it's because of the resolution. 2000 pixels wide is big enough to fill even big screens. I guess 800pixels wide should be enough or even less, when it's just skribbles or sketches.
omgh i really really love the fox.
A tip i can provide is to kind of ignore the details when you sketch from imagination first.
If your set, intent on drawing a character lets say an oark, start to sketch the body, and notable features ( round belly, big head) and then pay attention to the bigger details like armour and clothing. This helps me understand poses better and why somethings may be missing if i put the oark in an action pose. It also allows me to catch mistakes early before I go into detail mode.
