Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
So I've been a member on CA.org for quite some time now, but never really wanted to start a sketchbook until now. Maybe cause I'm not constantly active here, I mainly use this site for motivation... But I figure what the hey, can't hurt becoming a bit more familiar with the community and sharing what I learn with others!
Please be patient as I feel my way around posting in this big new place! >.<
Here's a few things I've been doodling lately! (Critiques, of course, encouraged!)
A random illustration, a study of my (unaware *snicker*) boyfriend at work; some character sketches and a few other doodles/studies.

Thanks Umbravita! Yep, my style's sort of veered toward lanky-looking characters over the last year or two. I'm planning on getting back into life drawing workshops and so on to try and stretch my brain a bit again, since I haven't done figure studies in quite a long time. Thanks so much for the reply!
Here's a chance sketch that I decided to colour not too long ago:
It's been a while! I've been busy with a character/conceptual sketch tonight, here are a few screencaps of the WIP. He doesn't have a name yet, but he is a deaf Egyptian polar bear tamer (with compliments of concept generators! xD). I found it quite an interesting subject, so I decided to roll with it. I might add more bits as I go and try to give it a bit of a Phillip Pullman vibe *-*
I'm not too great with painting just yet, but I've been experimenting with some metal still lifes and things that I hope to share soon as well
I think that your proportions are very nicely stlyized,

Hey Madi. Good to see you. As always, love your gothique-ish sketches... you have your own style which is more than what most artist have, and that's why i follow you here and on DA. Keep up the thin character-look, I love it, and it is uniquely your own.
now... you painting a bear... amgosh! I take my hat of to you... i don't think i have the patience for fur. Look good so far. I can only advise on leaving certain areas unblended to give it some patches of hair, which you can then afterwards make shiny. (anyone that is better than me, please lmk if i'm talking out my ear) ^^
Keep it up girl, looks great.
