    Sketches/studies (27/9/2011)

So this is my first sketch thread of some studies and sketches. At the moment some are studies from Borris Vallejo and others from Loomis, Any constructive critiques - redlines are welcome. To start here is something from Borris's technique:

This was a later sketch, this was some studies of Loomis. I was attempting the noses, the heads from the 3D dimensions. And a go at the lips. I'm probably going to work more on these before I have another shot at Borris's technique. So probably expect more Loomis studies in this sketchbook
(Sorry with quality the files were too big so I had to reduce them)

Some observation sketches I did from porcelain figures. I know that they are in separate dimensions (3D and 2D) and also they are not perfectly aligned up. I'll probably do some more to this but any further advice is welcome
