great to see you pushing it! HA! i love bakuman too! its pretty insppirational too i think(even tho the "getting into drawing for the girl" doesnt really get to me)

alright. again, you are doing great in colors! and using some textures.
    your figures.
wtf you learn so fast! ah, im jealous!
hah just (again) keep an eye for proportions. my recomendation would be to draw hands, from life. a ton of them.

and one thing on the last portrait, i feel like theres a too strong line between the light and the dark on her nose, maybe soften it a little?

your rocking! please keep at it!
and thanks a ton for those comments on my sb.

Since I started working on still life again, I can really appreciate and admire the ones that you've done. some of them are damn good.

SFU lifedraw is back on btw. its wednesdays at 5:30-7:30. after this wednesday I don't think that theres a session until thursday (yes thursday) the 23rd.

I love your sketch book. You have lots of studies in here and the work work that you do from your imagination is pretty good.

At the rate that your are going you are going to be epic in a few years time.

Tyrant Monkey: Thanks so much. I really hope so..it's my dream, actually, a part my childhood dream that I was too stupid to not chase after i graduated. lolll /islame

Aragah: LOL I'm caught up on Bakuman (er, 165?). I think I know what cliff you are talking about. AHHH *____* SO GOOD WHAT THE HELL!? Man do you ever wonder how Obata could go from Death Note art to Bakuman's current style? Don't they feel a bit like different artists?! He's amazing and his female characters are SO much better this time. ah obata....;_; i will catch up to your greatness someday...

great colour studies, and also like your hand studies.
Maybe do half referenced/half from imagination pictures if you're having trouble drawing just from imagination
