There is no such thing as 2D digital traditional art. Traditional 2D hand drawn animation uses real paper, animation disk, light boxes, graphite/charcoal/erasable colored/etc pencils, pens, paints and more traditional mediums. Digital animation can have a traditional style but it's still computer generated. Digital animation and art is pure artificial data rendered by computers.
