Stretching feels good, and is an excellent way to wake yourself up in the morning by getting your blood flowing. Stretching can also help to improve your athletic ability and reduce the risk of injury when you exercise. You could take this one step further and incorporate yoga stretches into your routine. You’ll find that your posture improves, you feel more healthy, and focusing becomes easier.

well, not sure what this has to do with the price of tea in China (as my mother used to say), but I definitely agree - stretching, meditiation, yoga, excercise = good; sitting on your ass in the same position in front of the computer or tv all day long = bad

Too true, stretching is excellent. Could do it all day, it is even more important than drawing

If only I could stretch my hands to Melbourne and choke this spammer to death. Mmm. Yes. I can feel my focus improving already.
