cool textures on this one: http://conceptart.org/forums/attachm...1&d=1326139486
I think that the main thing you should tackle now is construction and structure.. some things are a bit wonky

    DefiledVisions: Hey, thanks
FatMoStank: I remember you, thanks for stopping by my sketchbook .
xinranliu: Glad you liked that one. I'm working on it.

Had a real life tank model as reference for this one, didn't stick with it at the end though. Anyways, Felt good to do a vehicle in between all my character stuff

Hello again, I've noticed that I tend to go way too dark on my values, trying to fix that. UPDATE! not much but something and the first one is a quick concept design before bed.

Update on the concept sketch(from post 155). Need to start thinking about soft vs hard edges. I am also going "study mode", so I'll probably not do as much bullshit ahead.

Had an assignment to do a 3d model of Pinocchio in my 3d modeling class, so i decided to do a fake Pinocchio poster for fun. ;p. + included an unfinished avatar study too, I'm not sure whether i should push it or move on.

I did some character concepts for fun . So I thought i would share them with you guys. (Along with some silly variations) XP

They're pretty much midget Crystal fighters or something .
    Hope you enjoy!!

Edit:Forgot to add the original so i did. (It's the one at the bottom of this post)

I will probably not work on those "Crystal keepers" anymore so here's the rough final version.

I also figured I could include a sketch from the very first stage of these concepts. As you can see i have a tendency to not stay with what the sketch looks like, maybe i should :s?

Hope you like it, if not please let me know why .

Hair Fish: I appreciate that! thanks

    Today's character design: Maniac.

Trying to go for a more realistic and cleaner look, not exactly there yet.

Story/background information: The device around his neck is a tracking device which can be triggered to detonate if the convict attempts to escape. Once this has been worn it can't be worn off, therefore it's bound to you. "Maniac" has though managed to tinkered with it to not detonate once it is out of reach from the prison. "Maniac" has then acquired a B55 carbon rifle (Comes with a silencer (if rank 5)) after successfully escaping from the corrupted government prison on a distant planet.

    Sorry for my bad grammar.
