    The Eye

Did some more work on the "eye" guy. I think there's some tuning that can be done to the colors and render. But it's 1am here now so i need to get some sleep.
Will be working more on this guy later whenever i gets the time. Kinda like the design.

This is some seriously good stuff.
Really weird and intriguing, and your linework is just nuts.

    Pencil Sketches

Ven S: Thank you very much
    Kristoff: Thanks
    Rotor: Thank you

Did some sketches before going to sleep yesterday. I like some of them more than the rest but whatever.

I will probably be posting more of my pencil work in the future too.

Edit: Added some not so recent sketches too

Story: The guy (to the right) gets scammed by the merchant (to the left).
"The guy" gets furious about it and therefore wants revenge and he do so by assasinating the merchant. Hope that made sense.

    Early stage.

Edit: Added an update progress of my "eye" character. He wears a helmet now though.

Going good man. Some crits: You tend to make the calves and feet very small. Also watch out for flysquatting your figures, seems very promininent on that stabbing piece. Feels lke they're pressed against a flat plane rather than existing in 3d space. Focus more on your construction and forget stuff like getting everything down in one line, or rendering the shit out of something. Slow down and get stuff right Do some Loomis studies! GoOOOOooooooo

SamC: Thanks for taking your time to crit my stuff. Just started doing some loomis stuff and other studies now. Great tips, thanks.
    Kamikazuh: Thank you

So yeah i realised i should do more studies thanks to Sam. Here's some imagination work + studies. I did way more stuff than this but a lot of it was just shit so i just figured i would post stuff that's less shitty.

leave a comment if you like. I really appreciate all the help from you .

Edit:included a back study. Added eye studies, last update for today.

my advice would just be to slow down and try and learn something from each thing you draw, quantity is important but not if your not learning from each one

Ludic: Thank you , and yeah you can't really get enough of anatomy.. i guess. I'll be studying more of that for sure.

CarlSpringer: Yeah, good point thanks .

Just something i did for fun. It's a long way from finished but i have to do some school work now so it will have to look like that for now. His anatomy seems to be kinda weird too.

you got some good sketches and stuff in here, but it looks a bit rushed? I bet that if your spent 2 or even 3 times longer it would be pretty great

Good start. This one of yours was pretty sweet.

Seems you're beginning to get some nice, creamy pencil strokes going. Good job on that.

Keep studyin' and having fun, too.

Ludic: Thanks man. Glad you liked them.
DStraX: Thanks, yeah everything in here is relatively "quick" stuff. I should start working more one each piece.
KONM: Don't worry i will post more faces .
    p sage: Thank you.
rumpenstilzkin: Thanks and yeah most of it is "rushed" i guess you could say. I will try to work on that and study more.

Thank you all for stopping by and taking your time to leave a comment here on my book and giving me motivation to get better at this .
I will be gone for like a week or so, but i'll bring my irl sketchbook there so when i get back i will hopefully have some pencil stuff to post.

Here's today's study which i'm not done with yet and an imaginary samurai piece. Had loads of fun mindless render that "samurai" zD

Thanks for dropping by my sketchbook!

I don't know if I'm the right person to advice you, but more studies would probably improve your drawings.

Keep drawing and keep having fun!
