    HARMINGTON Manor

    Hi,

This is a manor that I did in photoshop.

I've started to take pictures of a specific house that I chose for my project. Then, I mixed four differents images to have a panoramic image witch is a good thing to have enough resolution to work well. Next, I just painted over my picture.

    Comments are welcome!

Where the left street light is it bugs me. Tangential lines will flatten any image out. Making the street light be on would helpf if you really demanded that it be there. I know you're trying to pull us to that top window by having it be the only light but you got to do something about that street lamp. The lamp is practically in the middle of the composition too which is part of the problem. One would think the street lights would be on but I understand you're using that for effect, but maybe you should just take them out. The horizon line is awefully crisp and clear. It makes it seem more surreal but you don't have that in the rest of the picture so it doesn't jive.

Photo realism / matte painting isn't something that I'm really interested in , BUT nice work, sets a great dark mood.

I would love too see you produce something a tiny bit more distorted / exagerated in a realistic style like this. I think you could create an even bigger impact just by F**King with angles, height etc.

    NICE!
