I like how you combine sketchy pen strokes with bold colorful shapes into a very graphic/printmaking type aesthetic. I like the colors and the abstract shapes in the amazon one the most. Nice sketchbook too.

Liking the freedom in your style and lines, like the last one try pushing backgrounds more complexity-wise might make your images more fuller content wise, like i like the characters and they are good to look at but there is no story in some, hopefully that helps you, and i don't sound like a d***. POST MORE!!

Really love your style (and colors! *drool*) but if you'd like to improve, I'd say do some more detailed studies of anatomy, especially the hands. They seem a bit weak compared to some of your other aspects.

I really like the personality in your faces though, and that purple shadowing in that first aboriginal piece is wicked!

wonderful art. It has all that I love about the french comic illustration style! Feel reminded of Luc Jacamon - even though I don't really now why.. I love it though - please show more of that!

    Really nice work man!
Love the combined sketching lines and contrasted, various colors.
May the painting in your post #8 have a bit too much effects on it? With the light and the green potion, you kill a part of your spontaneity.

Mention for the black&white flying character. Wonderful sense of atmosphere with simple lines, shape and value.

I keep trying to learn how to draw since I was 3 years old... except that I just understand that I have to pratice and that's all.
BTW i'm a french native speaker so my english can be really bad... I apologize...

yo, thx all for your replies, i'm glad you like it

Jasbat > Thx for your comment, well this image seems to divide, i wanted to try something more polished than i use to do but you're right, i think it's a bit overwork
and i'm really still not confident in volumes and colors stuff. For the green potion, it was the contest purpose which was "absinthe" so that's why i had to mention it
    somewhere in the picture..

anyway, my last one about blues and jazz stuff i guess..

  22. These are great.
I really like the first ones, with almost no blacks and ink that disappears here and there.
