First some Posemaniac. Then i made some face study.
a problem is that i make the face to much narrow and something
with the perspective is wrong but i don't get it 8[ sometimes its so depressing.
Maybe i have to push myself more to really get it in my head.

The thing about using photo references when drawing human anatomy is the lack of depth in the picture. You will learn a lot faster if you try to make a selfportrait or ask a friend to pose for an hour or two. When using Photoshop I suggest you to try to get the values right at first. Forget about colour, focus on making a painting look right just in black, grey and white tones. You can always add color layers or change the brush preset to color when everything is already established and readable. Keep it up!
    Cheers,
    D

maybe you're not taking enough time to do those gestures, as glenn vilppu said "they might look as if they were done fast but in reality they're done quite slow" at least when at first when you're just starting to understand it

This Time I tried to take more time to my figures. And i think you are really
right because i have often problems to give myself more time.. i really have
    to work on that.
