Skottie Young: Finding The End (Blog posts following his current graphic novel WIP)

Skottie Young has started writing blog posts that update the readers on the creation process of his original graphic novel. Not a bad read.

    Part 1: Excuses

    Part 2: Happy Accidents

He'll be posting once or twice a week on the process.
It's encouraging to see that even a professional artist struggles with the same things I do when creating a graphic novel (or anything else).
    My Sketchbook

And then God said, "Let us make man in our likeness and our image. Let us make him ridiculously hard to draw so that poor artists everywhere will have to spend 10,000+ hours failing repeatedly before they can begin to capture the form and likeness onto a two-dimensional surface." And there was man. And it was good. And artists everywhere lost their minds.

I was just flipping through his Wizard of Oz graphic to see he's got something else coming out. He makes great little drawings

    Following this will be amazing!
