Got my first client the day I left school. Kinda excited but we'll see how it goes. Here's a study of a suit.
The wise monkeys look like they are going to be awesome, keep up the hard work and congrats on the client work
getting clean lines is harrddd
mostly done on livestream. had fun with it, just a random character. no rim light!
Some critique would be greatly appreciated

a quick value study of a random guy. after looking at wes' characters I notice the values have very subtle shifts within each element. plan on doing more of these, and colour ones, pretty fun
a quick sketch i might develop further, want to try and do more illustration and environment stuff. supposed to be a rooftop with it been raining
Damn so many talented 18 year olds in here, im giving this thread 4 stars, your skill level is great
I hope to your updates more often; that hear no evil monkey is boss!

Solid work here, really enjoy how you tackle a variety of subjects. Some of your character designs are particularly impressive as well, I'll definitely be watching your progress. Keep it going!

i started my moleskine sketchbook, i shouldnt be so precious about it like it has to be perfect throughout, i can always get another haha. pretty fun
i've been livestreaming recently at www.livestream.com/mahons - been good, it's nice having the pressure of an audience, but the lag is kind of annoying
Great updates man! that Sargent study came out really cool, i somehow like that creature you last posted, is it a dragon?, anyways keep it up, I'm enjoying this
Thanks Gpozzo, yeah it was a dragon. haha
awesome studies, dad n me is a great piece!
@Hogarou - Thanks, I don't know what I was thinking with that thing haha.

stuff from imagination. This was really fun, sorry my lines are very messy. also I dont know if I should be doing updates every time I do something new, I'll probably just keep it to a daily dump of what I do from now on.
