The buildings look sweet! Great studies there! Your portraits from life look a lot like mine. I'd suggest going back and refining the contour lines a bit. Sharpen and define those cheeks and lips while smoothing them out. Also look for the light. Even in flat subway lighting, a face still has some shadow and gradation.
Santa's elves is interesting, but the elves need angrier expressions to match their actions.
The viking with the dragon is your best work yet - bring it up a notch. add some rendering. Right now it could go in a couple directions. It's a bit in the same style as Scott Morse: http://scottmorse.blogspot.com/
