kewl start. nice shading. i just practice with bridgman, too. i think its an good start to teach your hand drawing good anatomy and proportions. so post more and keep up the practice!

Anyway, think patience and try not to rush your drawings.
The skulls looks nice, but kinda rushed. Try to really break down the construction
and think of the big shapes for a long while. Constantly keeping your mind fresh.
No music helps me concentrate sometimes for example.
Hey dude, great to see you begin with basic stuff. People tend to skip these, and their work shows for it. With your pencil drawings; try not to use too many lines. It gets very 'busy' and do not rush them. And with other painting stuff, it's very good you don't jump to transitions immediately. I don't really have tips for you but to use the basic round hard brush and keep practicing
