Hey muramura, nice stuff so far. Just fyi, you can post all of your work in a single thread in the sketchbook forum; you don't need to post them individually. That way people can see all your work at once and give you feedback on how to improve.

There you go muramura, you are merged

Very nice sketches by the way. I love your first character, she has a great expression in her face and body language. The cartoons are really cute too.

very nice stuff! I think you have a good sense of expression and posture.

"This is a paint and pixel-splattered furnace that forges the swords of artistic mastery. This is a place where swarthy and belligerent dwarves drink turpentine mead, berate their apprentices and slap the trade into their skulls. It's where the anvils are made of graphite, the hammers are as true as rectangular marquee selections and the fires burn with the light of a thousand lensflares." --Jason Rainville

thanks, but sadly i can't make up my mind what to specialize in. i am thinking about 3D Animation and Concept art but i can only pick one, but i really love to draw but at the same time i want to gove life to the things i draw...:/

It seems to me like concept art is something that's "easier" to pursue on your own time, where 3D animation might be more difficult to self-teach. Just a thought!

thanks, but the thing is 3D animation is quite rigit like if you gave this to 1000people 100 people can come up with the same product, if it was 2D the well maybe i would.

For the 3D vs Concept art debate - 3D is much easier to find employment in. It's a simple matter of ratios.
Our studio is small and 2d, but to give you an example:
We have our art director / designer for pretty much everything
the 3 layout use his designs and the story boards to draw full sized versions of the backgrounds.
Myself and my partner assist the art director in rotations, occasionally get to design props he's over looked and I do a fair chunk of the effects on the show but we're also expected to do rigging and more technical things beyond those tasks.
There are 8 animators. so 1 (sort of 4 drawing jobs that aren't really design) vs 8

Also, design is the coolest job. Everyone wants to be a designer. The competition is really steep.
The practical- what's most likely to put the food on the table choice is animator.

That being said, if we were practical we'd all be in med school lol
