I used to always look up to becoming a part of the art industry, but now I'm sure it's not possible because of my current ordeals. Art is merely an enjoyable hobby now, but doesn't mean I'll ever stop practising.
Here's my sketchbook~

My hand started constantly hurting me right around finishing this. The pain is unbearable even if I don't move my hand much. I think I've been straining my hand too much in the part few days. e_e
Cool stuff. I think you should make a completed page with an interesting composition. Explore more media and techniques to really make your style stand out.
Great idea~ ^^
2012 remake(sort of)
be careful with that hand! if you're entering the art industry, you'll need that! I find that the more you draw and draw, the stronger that hand with get. My thumb and wrist usually start aching after a while of pixel pushing. I find taking a few minutes every hour or two to stretch it and massage it helps a lot.
besides that, your art looks great! you're an art student? you look like you came straight from your desk at Disney Keep up the good work, you've definitely got a future in the animation/art world!
The improvement between 2010 and 2012 is awesome! And don't forget to take care of yourself, I want to see more art from you and it just won't do for you to lose your hand.
On the sketch of the lady (in green), her head seems too big and her legs a bit too short, but you seem to have a good grasp on anatomy so it may have been intentional.
Awesome start to your sketchbook!
We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is, knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out.

@Pat Thompson: Hahaha, 'fraid I'm not at that level yet, but I will get there someday! ^^ My hand hurt me for 4 days straight at the time, each day worse than the other. But I think it my hectic sleeping hours had something to do with it 8'|
@littlebones: Thanks! Yeah, I wanted to give her youthful attributes, but since you pointed it out, I'll see if I can make it more apparent next time *-*
@Project_razor: Thanks! ^^

I think the biggest challenge for me right now is studying the technical side of art. I...really don't know what to study first x.x there's so many things I'm lacking.

@ F1x: Thanks! ^^
Rough thing and commission. ee
I really like your style, keep it up!
Full-color commission. Took quite a while. *-*;
Actual practice after this I swear 8'|
First update in 9'ish months! x_x
Oldest to newest. I think I've gotten better with dogs. >_>;
I really need to practice heads & shoulders. They're my bane, currently. I'm just a little afraid that if I do practice, I might be forced to discard my current art style.
Newest to oldest:
Nice sketchbook man! not always a fan of this style but you pull it of well. Especially like the characters (and the pokemon ) Keep us updated! I'd love to see some traditional work from you such as sketches on paper
Nice characters, I see a lot of progress comparing to first sketches. I don't Like anime-looking style but your drawing is so dynamic and colorful that I couldn't pass by without a comment.
Such cool work!
@DefiledVisions: Thanks! I love Pokemon tooooo. Traditional? D: wow. I haven't drawn on paper for a good couple of years! I'm soooo far behind it's ridiculous. I'll try to submit some as soon as I get around to drawing on paper.
@ill_Buny : Thanks! I know this is going to sound strange, but I consider this style as cartoon rather than anime. It actually upsets me a little when I hear my style being called anime. 8')
@Staal Sander : Thank you!
Aaand I still hate shoulders and heads. Wow. Hate hate hate. 8')
