    head study

    Hey guys practicing some heads. Heres the lastest study. About 20 min. Any comments, crits, tips are more than welcomed. Thanks!

    Nice, but focus a little on measuring a bit more to increase accuracy, if you have 20 mins then you can try a more structured approach as opposed to if you were doing something in 2 min

    Your proportion seems to be accurate as well as the placement of the subjects on the face. I feel the perspective between the chin and the forehead is just a TAD bit off not by much though. And your planes are in all the anatomically right spots, and thus the head seems more of a head than it does just a flat image which is good.

    Maybe the hair could be treated different though by turning it into a shape block first befoer adding hair lines. That way it becomes much more manageable.
