New excitement in blossoming motion is what I see, big bounce right around
the lounge couch. Friday nights are the best in the week, we just cannot deny that fact.
You are much better with your dynamic figures, improving is what you are. This
‘Entrance to temple’ will be a real challenge to finish it and to render it till the end,
but I believe that you can do it effectively. The cosmic energies are shining right through
you and you are becoming unstoppable. All the positive is coming down right to this
moment, and success awaits us all. Keep on with the good things, and share more
beautiful things, one after another.
Might as well post the sketch before i butcher it with some gouache; second attempt, really ran out of time the past two weeks
i have this sensation of being pulled in multiple directions by all the human interactions in my life, of late.
So since this is light A3 80GSM paper i'm really gonna have to watch out for warping due to the water content ratio with the paint, to much paint and its like using markers, the test is on....
i got me some 180GSM watercolor paper but it feels so rough to sketch on.....maybe charcoal will do......
‘The Fallen Dreams Bar’ thumb sketches are looking great, my favorite is under
number eight. However you did a great job with the others too, especially where
you implemented two point perspectives. Try to work out this big version in
small thumb grey-scale version before you go into any details. Generally
you are doing great things, improving and all that, and I like the post
apocalyptic Fallout feeling in the last environment. Keep on hammering
the rusty coffin nail.
Your sketches looks better, and better, go go go you are progressing nicely!
When you working on finished illustrations you may try to cut your planes, and paste them into separate layers. On the piece with plant monster it looks like you starting to grad the planes (dude with gun, and he's area is darker) but they still mixing each others slightly to much.
If you had for example front plane (dude with gun and he's "balcony") on one layer, and all what's forward on other layer you could experiment a lot with atmosphere, make one plan more bluish, or slightly more grayish, or blurry...whatever combination you like.
