hrgggh! SO much hard work! Keep it up!
Nice studies. It seems you totally are on the right way.
Your IDW wip looks cool, I dunno what the topic though I'll visit the current IDW topic, I neglect weekly activities recently (and I never ever participated in one, I have no confidence).
My finals for this weeks activities both really rushed sadly.
Gotta work out a better time management timetable/system.
parchment paper on the idw piece, free to use from this site:
should of really made my own.
haha so this is did today? lol keep up the hard work lol p.s you need to spend time with the gf
Nice sketchbook. I notice from the last update that your figure heads are elongated vertically, creating long oval shapes. It makes the busts (the first couple) look a bit wonky. The poses on the fencing study are great, though more detail on the shading would be good. Also, the sketch an upload back of Starfire (I'm assuming) is wonderful, I love the dark line quality of that one, the line work seems more confident on that one. Keep up the work!
thought id sculpt today, don't really feel like painting the IOW the image seems
a bit too evil. Any way this is still a work in progress, thought id try to do
a goblin traveller sort of thing, focusing on my process, and details.
Last nights acrylic study, trying to render rocks/desert valley
good/bad not having the right paints but mixing till i sort of got close to the
right colors. came out a bit terrible.
Good studies! I think that some blocking studies might actually help you in achieving a more unified bodied look to your works! It can be digital or traditional, try and just block in paint without giving any attention to the details. Things will look more like they have form that way. Please keep working! =)
