    Struggle with fundamentals? Click here.

    Dear CC Forum,

I don't know whether you have noticed, but ConceptART is putting all streaming classes and downloads for sale, for 7,99$ each. (It's the big banner on top of the page that says "ALL DOWNLOADS $7.99")

Now as many people here lack fundamentals and struggle with anatomy, are self-taught, I think it is worth mentioning the sale here.

I bought 2 downloads and 2 streaming classes yesterday, and spent all day watching Marshall's streaming class on Anatomy for Artists from 2009. It was absolutely fantastic. It is over 4 hours long.
No book is a substitute for the advice Marshall gives, and it has cleared lots of things for me, for example how to use anatomy books to get the most out of them and to learn as effectively as possible. (Which was one of my major issues with teaching myself: Which book to use? Everyone recommends other things. Some hate Bridgman, others love him- so what to do?)

Now if you walk into your next Tesco, or Walmart, or Aldi, wherever you live, and look how quickly you have spent 8$ or 6 or 5. Save your Toblerones for a week and have a look at the sale instead.
4 hours of streaming for 5? Even under minimum wage for over 21 you earn more than that in an hour.

There are so many things out there on sale, such as Composition, Perspective, Colour and Light theory, Form!!!!, Portraits, Character Design, Environments, Speedpainting...

I think many people here would benefit greatly from this, and I hope I can encourage some of you guys!

Yeah I purchased anatomy for artists awhile back, REALLY good stuff. I'm actually going to watch it again because I know I'll learn something new since I've acquired much more knowledge since the last viewing.

Watching the video you recommended. It's a little creepy that it saved everyone's chat too. I was about to respond to people, but then I realized that they weren't really there. =P

Anyway, this is a fantastic deal, and as somebody who's working on his own fundamentals, priceless.

Overwhelmed by the choices. The streamed videos I'm quite excited about, but not too excited about using Elluminate.

Another one I'd recommend is Jason Manley's Colour Theory streaming class. I bought it a few months back and I've been slowly rewatching it recently; it's just so useful for the basics of colour, value, and lighting.

If you had bothered to actually read through the streaming classes pages, you might've noticed this:
All of TAD's streaming classes are available on-demand after the original air date. After your purchase, you will retain access to this streaming class at all times.

I would like to know that too... Thats why I started with 2 downloads as a start, though I am really interested in some of the streams.

I'd already bought Wilt Brancha's Environmental Design one and was planning to leave it at that, but y'all have convinced me. I just picked up Anatomy For Artists as well. Can't have too many anatomy references.
