akildee thanks ! i'm actually back to still lifes. onions below took about 8-10min each - trying to get form and shading right first. ones i become more comfortable with digital painting i will try something more complicated also realistic portraits are next on my 'to-do' list.

Wonderful characters, I really like your stile, I like to see emotions in conjunction with clean lines and colors. Sort of graffiti.

I think your cartoon characters (especially the ones in the beginning pages) are fantastic.
You have a certain style to them that makes them.... likable. Are you planning on doing
    anything with them?

wannabeanimator they've got their little stories which i really want to animate in future. or at least do some comic pages

been heavily involved in film project - storyboarding and actual shooting is so much fun. also slowly starting to understand final cut pro heh.

    Hello again!

I must say, you're crosshatching, and shading overall are absolutely phenominal!

Just wanted to chime in and let you know I'm really enjoying your work!

hi, very interesting sketchbook you have here i really liked it i want to write you out what standed out most to me cause i really would like to see you improve:

-very nice use of every medium (pencil, markers fineliners feltip)
-a lack in structure and dynamism (mostly when working from head) draw some sports photographs with an emphasis in the pose and the PURPOSE wich i believe its where you are lacking
-you dont use body language very efficently just try to think how you use your body when you are sad or angry, try to express this through pose alone
-very playful stile full of facial expression and fun designs, mad kudos for this and you have a creative spark that has and will grow
-so far i havent seen your composition skills cause i belive you havent done any, i encourage you do give them a shot, imagine a scene (or re do one if you want) and try to say something with the arrangement of the objects and how they intireact in the reads of the viewer: Fheng zhu explains this multiple times in his deisng series in youtube, just search FZD

you are working hard and having fun thats what i love the most of this sketchbook, still i would like to see you take actual and proer steps toward solving atleast One of the problems you fins in your work, dont juggle too much work one thing at a time and as always have fun!

my sketchbook! Drawing like a maniac!!

    My Blog

Destroy your weaknesses! theres nothing more to it! stop bitching grab that pencil and sketch Away!
