Thread: Sasha's Sketchbok
July 1st, 2011 #1
Hello everyone, my name is Sasha Mazendame. I am sort of new to this site I created my account this year but have lurked around every now and then. Finally I have decided to join in the fun and start uploading my work along with everyone else. I am not that good an artist yet but I hope to improve. I've decided that this is the summer for me to get serious
I hope to get to know you guys and make some new friends
(I was banned from game trailers so I've decided to do something constructive with my time other than games ) I'm also going to university this September and will be studying 3D animation at the university of Hertfordshire. I wan't to go there feeling confident n my ability to draw, particularly the human figure.
I will not be uploading any of my older works but instead I'll start afresh, I want my initial work to give you a rough guide of how good/bad I am. These are pieces of work I did as fast as I can. A select few might be in the uploads but only the unfinished ones which I can then carry on with feedback and critique.
My main area of study will be the human figure, I do not have much knowledge in this area and am not sure where to start but I'll just dive right in. I will also be doing other stuff such as perspective drawing etc but for now I wan't to focus on what I feel is fundamental for any animation student.
