Hi guys! I'm Bryan and I'm currently working as a lead artist in a casual gaming studio in the Philippines. For the most part of my life I've been interested in comic book art and only recently have I discovered the the joys of digital painting (although I've been working as a concept artist for almost two years hehe) because of my gf who's very keen into digital painting.
I'm mostly a line artist so this is new for me and by starting this thread I'm hoping to document my progress and share with you guys the stuff that I'm doing and I'm hoping that with your help I'd improve as well.
Here's the lineart for my first exercise and the blocking.
Cheers and God bless!
I liked the line art - so clear ( not as mine) I would like to be able to see more from the character but I suppose it is some kind of portrait work...
Thanks Kitana! I'm trying to paint as much as I can when I get home... this is really turning out to be my stress buster after working in the office. And yes, its a portrait. Once I get the hand of doing this I'll try to work on pieces that would show more character. Thanks for the insight!
Anyway, just some minor updates tonight... some details on the neck area and definition on the collar armor.
Just an update Cheers!
Here's the finished piece... still not entirely happy with the colors but I'm working on that. It's been a long time since I colored any of my stuff
Hi guys! Long time no update hehe... here's some of the stuff that I've been working on after office hours.
Preliminary shading, don't mind the awkward lighting hehe
Ei guys! Here's something that I did for an art jam with some of my friends.
Some recent works that I've done for our art jam at the office.
Here's my piece for our recent art jam at the office, "Evil is a two headed dragon"
Hi guys, I haven't posted in a long while. Hopefully this time around I'd be more active in the forums. Here's a mech lineart that I did.
Thanks for sharing the process on these pieces!
He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.
