I just wanted to share a few character concepts I did recently. I did these to practice designing and rendering humanoid characters in armored suits. I am looking to break into the concept art industry, so any feedback would be much appreciated.
I have also posted a portfolio thread in the portfolio review section (http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=223062).

Hi, thanks for your comments!
Benjaminba -- Someone in my portfolio thread commented on fleshing out stuff more as well. I will really try to do that in every concept-oriented piece from here on. Really valuable feedback.
fantastic stuff, some of the best ive seen in a long time, very inspiring, i don't think it will take long to make a name for yourself in concept art. thanks for posting
very dynamic, fantastically vibrant. love it! Keep posting!
No ratings yet? I went ahead and gave this thread 5 stars. Great work man. I love it. Checked your portfolio out. Impressive work... You could definitely make a name for yourself in concept art field.

I'll be happy to post a lot more here in the future. Stay tuned...

YES! i love them. Incredible balanced mixtures of textured and scratchy.
They remind me of John Berkey's paintings, graphic at times suggesting light and shape and representational when and where they need to be. I like them alot!
Thank you all for your interest and support. It really means a lot to me. I will post more here soon.
The stuff on your website: Love the surface language, love the colours, love the compositions, love it all

Thanks guys, I'm really amazed with the response so far!
Vay - First piece is done in Photoshop, the subsequent pieces are Painter. I recently switched to Photoshop after 5 years of Painter, and I'm glad I did. It's a more powerful overall package with much more usable transformation and vector tools. Coming from a graphic design background with heavy photoshop use, I've been waiting to switch to it for painting as soon as real-time canvas rotation (to save my wrist from RSI) and quick brush resizing became available.
dam, this is nice. Really nice! and your web site looks great.
Very clean designs.
i love your style.
dude! your style is just great! nice one!

Guys, thank you so much once again for your comments. I really appreciate each one of them. They inspire me to do better.
Really nice! XD It's really cool to see that you bounce back and forth between digital tools and get the same results. Really interesting. XD
Really great work, I love your brush stoke, it's very elegant and very speed. The girl with the curve the light, the composition and the blue touch very powerful strengthen the power of the image, it's very graphic, I love this one !
The car sketch (the dark four-wheel drive) is really great and one more time rellay powerful and show a big mastery technic.
