Just starting a little project, designing a cover for John Butler's Zebra, if it were a single. To me the song is about balance, opposition and unity and so considering that I came up with this. What do you think?
I'm going to Ravensbourne this september to do a foundation course, then I hope to do graphic design, so I need to start working on a portfolio
Just updating it a bit, made it look more dynamic cause when I printed it out it looked kinda boring. Hopefully reflects the music well
Here's the song in case anyone's interested:
It's a cool design. Definitely looks better the way you have it cropped in the case. I find it strange, however that you made the dark circle black instead of the purple from the Yin (at least it looks black). I can't say I agree or disagree with the choice, but it seems to come out of nowhere. Something about the lighter circle (sorry, I don't know the anatomy of a Yin Yang) is also throwing me off. I just can't pinpoint why... I guess what I'm saying is that neither of the holes really satisfy me... That's the way I choose to word that sentence and I'm standing by it.
I like this, the cover looks nice and interesting.
what music it is?
