Well, I like him a lot....I don't play games, so I don't know the character, but he looks like a cool sculpt to me. He looks very sweet and lovable.

This is a great sculpt, however I don't feel like its done yet.
You havent sculpted the arm muscles, the pants don't really exist, there are no knee pads. You didn't mention this being a work in progress in your original post, but if it is, I apologise, and you should continue adding details to him!
I also suggest adding a hole to the gun barrel
He needs more muscle, and a few vains poping in the neck and arm area. For the weight he caries, i feel that his muscules should be larger. How big is this sculpt? Is there something you can photograph him with in comparison? I agree with Pavel, it doesn't feel done.
You have stolen my heart with this one. My only observation is whether his legs seem too short or not, it may just be the angles of the shots making it appear so.

I think this is a case where not enough anatomy doesn't really matter. Sure he's lacking muscle definition but with the amount of armour and straps and such that becomes the focus. Fantastic anatomy (apart from the obvious correct form) would be lost here.
The details are what makes this and the face and those are superb. I also really like how you've handled the hand holding the gun. That I find really hard to get right.
I totally agree with Techyfox....I for one, am rather sick and tired of seeing all the huge and un-realistic muscle bound heros....talk about bad anatomy....it is totally over done....I know, I know....that's the norm for all your heros, but it is a really, really tired concept. Do you know how much protien one would have to consume to have 24" biceps? Very unrealistic for a field soldier.... a real hero is seldom the massive muscle bound, thin lipped, brutally handsome specimen that is the poster boy for heroic deeds.....but on the other hand, a skinny little geek would most likely not make an eye catching sculpt.....or would he? Hmmmm...
I think this guy is great as is....just my humble opinion.

this is looking really good. there's a lot of character in that face and the clothing and accessories look great. as for the musculature, just do what you feel fits the character.

Looks good so far. However for a Warhammer 40k Ork he is to skinny. The Games Workshop designs are extremly exagerated and especially the orks are massive. Of course you are free to choose any style you want but if you want him to look like a Games Workshop design he needs to be more extreme.
Having said all that I'm working on a muscle bound hero right now. Haha, but in my defence its hellboy who is known to eat absolutely massive amounts of food every day. See movies for proof
Then again I love tonnes of accessories too. When it's done like you've done it, it works so well. They aren't generic pouches and swords, they are, as far as my limited idea of the Warhammer world goes, original ideas for accessories and the overall form they give the sculpture is really interesting to me.
