To be brutally honest... the first impression of the site looks like a call center site or something for an IT company ..like www.tpg.com.au. The logo also doesn't relate to what you are selling (it looks like a military rank with a hand-cursor in the middle) ...it's pretty obvious that these are ill-fitting templates that your concept has been squeezed into.
The video also has concepts which are foreign to me: the artist who is too busy holidaying on a cruise ship with a girl and a suitcase to manage his gallery? That's a dream for most artists, but unfortunately isn't the reality. The features are confusing and vague and don't seem to offer anything that other specialised sites don't offer for a better price (sometimes even free).
To me the whole concept feels out of touch with the community it's trying to target. Perhaps it's a niche I'm not familiar with (like the art-dealers etc listed on your site- I can imagine they might fit this idea), but I get the strong impression that many CA.org-goers are not part of that niche and this is probably the wrong place to ask for that kind of feedback.
Sorry if that seemed harsh! That's just my 2c.
