This is my tribute to The Saga of The Meta-Barons.
Is made in Zbrush for modelling, texturing and render, Photoshop for compositing and retouches.
I hope you like it!
I saw and voted on this one on the It's Art Gallery Great piece!
I've never seen anyone make a 3d render of Metabarons before, let alone at this level. It's very novel (I mean this in a good way)!
The image even has a slight comic-y feel to it. After seeing this image I can really see how a 3d animation adaption of the series would work.
Thanks for putting it up, it really made my day. Gave it 5 stars.
Edit: I checked out your website, very high quality work. I see you were also the person who did the Freeza render you posted a long time ago on this site. And you even made a Reeve Superman. Jezus, how cool is that?I'm usually not that big on fanart, but when it's this well-done, it's like a fanboy's wet dream.

"Work for your self first. You can paint best the things you like or the things you hate. You cannot paint well when indifferent.
Express a mental opinion about something you are sensitive to in life around you. There is a profound difference between sensitivity and sentimentality."
~ John Sloan Gist of Art
Really great art!
I hope you will not treat this as an offense but as a critique! In my opinion his shoulders are not enough separated one from another which makes his head look disproportionate according to the body and large! Of course, on the other pictures after the first it is not so obvious! In other words, his chest seems to look too narrow and it stares too much! I know it is unusual and makes this work unique. After all, I think it keeps aside from the stereotype!
Keep doing art!
