Sorry man my brain isnt at all that retentive? Did you see my sketchbook and when and what one and who were you?! Oh, and why were you humbled?

I'm 20 years dead mate. And yeah my username is asgardian. (not for much longer hopefully)

I wish I could have seen the constable thing but it was my own fault really, had a really cool time it was great seeing everyone again aswell as the new faces. Hopefully the next wont be too far away.

I glanced at it when Danny and Dan (heh) were taking a look at it in Nando's. Your old sketchbook, I think. Still has some really nice stuff in, I particularly liked the thumbnail character designs.
Mainly humbled 'cos you're a year or so younger than me and way better at drawing/ideas etc. Same applies to Naomi, Fran, probably some other folks who were there and actually practise their art

    no, MoP, i did come to nando's with you.. i was just simply saying that i too, am a quiet, tall, dark haired boy {hey that sort of sounds romantic}

err, yes, anyway. adam, the constable exhib. wasn't that much anyway. we had a quick look at it and i don't think it's his best work. that or he's not all he's cracked up to be? his draft pieces were a lot more energetic and alive than his final finished pieces.

Hey guys, Daniel here (the guy that turned up with MoP) my first ever conceptart meet yesterday was suprisingly cool Ive never seen so many skethbook freaks in my life!
Its been too long since i kept a sketch book but after seeing all your work i think i might start to take my sketch books more seriously

and yes we need to see photos from yesterday so that we can place names above the heads etc, although im quickly learning who is who, tie ,Asgardian, molly, Danny etc etc i can pretty much put the names to the face.

theres one or two sketch books scans on my site, hopefully im going to change that over time!

the meet was very cool, thanks to every1 who helped me out during the day, biggest regret is i had to bugger off just as Koshime got there however it was closely followed by the fact that out of the 500 odd nandos within london the one that christian just "happened" to lead us to was smack bang in the middle of the gay pride festival....hmmm!?!

seriously cheers to u all specially DC and adam for their crits and advice on my stuff,

    peace

yeah. pity I didnt get a chance to meet everyone more or excahnge sketch ideas. Seriously I was shocked by teh gay pride parade...wondering whre everyone was or what these people wre up to in the middle of soho.

Today, post parade..SOHO is clean as it ever was. No sign of the singing/eating and mad cheer that was on (although it was arguably busier than World Cup even when Italy were playing semis....)

Tie: Yeah, if you check out his site, you'll see he did 2-3 variant covers for Fightstar albums. He has a complementary copy of the album on his desk at work - dunno if he actually listens to it though

Heya guys!! It was great meeting you all again/for the first time. Yeah, that Gay Pride thing wsa mad - topless men everywhere!! Good(ish..) for me but not for most of you lot I bet. I got back about 2 hours ago - should really go to bed since I've got work in the morning.

Paul: Yeah! I think it would have been interesting to have drawn the band, actually.

Cheers to Christian for getting me into exhibitions for free, Sunil for drawling on my pretty pencilcase and Sean for hanging out with us on Monday~ xxx

Soooooooo will there be a Cardiff meet happenin' at some point? Eh? EH? [rubs hands together]

Molly: Whee~ Fran leaves for San Fran from 18th-26th so if we could work around that that'd be great.
#Edit: I like the colours you've chosen. The sketch is amazing...the only thing I could suggest would be to make the boots a little darker? I just think they'd fit in more that way. I'm thinkin' something along the lines of a dark, worn-out brown with hints of grey. Kinda starting to wish I took a more fashioney approach to mine.

Soz, gotta wait until my bro comes round with his laptop (it's the only thing which can extract pics from the memory card I use).

Next time I'll wear a backpack, heh. A little easier on the shoulders. Oh, and cheers to Kim and Christian for helping me up and down Nelson's column in Trafalgar Square!

    Edit: Cheers, Sean, haha.

Hey Molly. Shes dying for a sharp highlight across her head and shoulder contour. Itll really cut her form out.

    ah ok Naomi
