seattle/bremerton, how bout hanging out at sam?
sam's nice.. at least for a meeting place
We should get a sketch night thing going...
gimmie a where and when and I'll say if I can make it.
heh the lusty ladys right next to sam. life drawing anyone?
yes let's dooit.. how about next weekend or the next? if we met at sam, we have to be there before 5, since it closes then.
I've never hung out with other artists, so a meet would be fun. Looks like I'll need to start brushing up on my drawing skills.
I can meet up on most any weeknight (after 7 or so).
What days/times are good for everyone else?
evenings wed are good but I am open to anything to get this started up. sketch night would rule. just the location is my concern.
weekday evenings after 7. weekends are best, though. umm i work on the eastside, so i can make it to the city pretty easily.
so is something going down that i should know about?
not yet, i don't think..
i propose something! i'm itching to get together and draw.. how about sometime next week, say.. friday?
if I'm not working, I'm there. just give a time and place.
i have an idea, how about this friday, at the trabant chai lounge at 8:00?
just a casual thing, i think we could just bring our sketchbooks and see what happens. i see the other groups around the world have begun to organize mini-sessions and whatnot, i figure we could start by getting acquainted and then maybe discuss something.
i'll be there, and bring my buddy kristen from work. i will wear a bright green shirt.
hope to see you all!

I won't have any time until later in June to meet up, but I'm looking forward to it.
way to far north of seattle for me to get to <-- bremerton.
wish i could make it.
nuts! i just got back from work (9:12) and now saw the message! I'd have drove over if i knew about it before...
it's ok, kristen and i ended up getting lost finding the place [ends up there's the same street address on the other side of the freeway, heh] and getting there ~45 minutes late
we're going to try this again real soon, though.
just post the time and place...i think it should be as close to downtown as possible, thats the most central location
a few days warning, and hopefully i see and check. if i'm not working, i'm there.
also, i'd be driving from Kent...i could maybe give a ride and whatnot, depending on how far out of the way...
Keep me informed I would be interested
if anything's going to be happening, i'll post it here.
it seems like friday nights could be good night for this kind of thing. how does that work with everyone? around 8:00 like this time around?
any other ideas?
I normally am closer to Seattle in summer (Bothell), but right now I'm up at WWU, in Bellingham, and gots no car... so I don't think I could just make it someplace on a whim. If anybody's in that area though, perhaps. I'm shooting for this summer though! I'd love to get together.
friday works if i'm not working. 10+ hour days are seeming to become more and more typical....
fridays seems good, couldnt make this round, crunch time and all. didnt get home till 10 o'clock. just post a time and a place, i will see if i can make it.
Are we a bunch of chickens with our heads cut off without nova to boss us around?
Yeah it's hard getting something started when most people are busy certain days.....but it's a nice idea. I won't be able to join the group for awhile until I get some things settle, but once it is i'm down for some sketching.
Nova: I use to live up in Bothell last year while working at Circuit City in Lynnwood before moving back down to Tacoma.
