    Empyrean's Portfolio Review

Since I'm not that a good artist, I'll just post those pieces I like most and am proud of. So really any tips, tricks, critics, suggestions or approaches in digital painting are welcome!
My current aim ist to be accepted by the HTK Berlin, to study Game Art/Design. In general my aim is to become an artist in the game/movie/illustration genre. Not the best, but one who makes it for a living.
    Here's my stuff:

the first 4 are your strongest, you need to work on your finish. the last one is interesting but it lacks subject... Many of these are sketches IMO, you'd benefit from putting more finished work into a portfolio. That said, you do have some elements that are succesful, like the eyes in the portrait, or your color use in the last one.

That was some really good advice, guys! Thank you so much.
@Incinerated: Yeah, I see that problem with my finish. For example the first four ones. I really wouldn't know how to finish them. I know what to do, texture of the rocks, rendering, color. But I fail at the 'how'. Would I try to 'finish' them it would look odd and not convincing. Thank you!
@zwarrior: Thanks sir! That was unexpected, but valuable advice. And your first sentence let me ponder a bit...well, I think I have to become one of the worse best artists!
