My sketchbook - help me get better!
Great start ! I rly like that first figure drawing
I feel like proportion wise its not entirely correct.. but im not to sure about that..
Its not annoying or rly visible.. so if it isnt correct you are really close.
Its just small details/lengths n stuff.. Looks rly good..
The way youve shaded it is impressive to
That pencilled portrait is nice to, rly kinda oldschool way of approaching it
Keep up the good work, and lookin forward to some more posts from you side
to RBeek: yep, it was one of my first drawings from life since a long time, so it's naturally attracted couple of issues with the size of hands and feet - the most confusing parts of the body for me (till now.
And that portrait is a copy after William Adolphe Bouguereau "Portrait of Gabrielle Cot", done for practice. Thanks!
These two done from paused video on youtube. 1-2 min each pose.
Life figure drawing, charcoal
Doodles: ink and then coloring in PS

wow thats some really beautiful line work. keep it up!
Hi and welcome to CA. I dig what you're doing!
Thanks! You're right, more practice - more posts))
Thanks a lot!
Right now I`m trying to combine the line work and volume/color together in a quick studies to add more realistic look to them.
In most cases I tend to think in lines (damn drawing habit)) and I hope doing quick studies lines+color help me to think mostly in color/volume/shapes.
More drawings and sketches:
Very nice work, I really like the poses taken from youtube. Overall they have a good sense of balance.
Thanks! Using youtube is an interesting way to practice quick sketching.
Enevnually I hope I can make such notes without pausing the video and by just watching people in action.
It's also a good way to train observation skills.
This one is a little update to previous sketch
