these are really fantastic. You are able to spot the black in your drawings very well, im sure thats a natural ability. Great composition of these abstract shapes, and thats a grace in itself. I would love to see a sort of "storyboard" like (whole page) piece in this style.

    stone – Thank you.

Kill byte – Every one is a signle page sketch. Sometimes i feel i should develop this sketches into enviroments or something but i'm afraid of it.

Dark_Eyes – Thanks dude. About fountain pen… I love this tool and a bougth many of them. I have rotring Artpen, but i don't use it because of hard nib. For drawing i use old fountain pens with flexible nib. The one i always carry with my sketchbook is Conclin Crescent made in 1918 (yes, almost 100 years ago). It is small but flexible. One weak point is small reservoir, so i need to fill it every day.

wow! That must be a reliable pen to be 100 years old, lol! Thanks for the tip, don't know if I'll find one of those except on ebay... Your animal sketches are some of my favorites btw

Lovely drawings, reminds me of Antonio Saura.
Do you have any works in oils or acrylic?

Dark_Eyes – I'm sure you can buy it on ebay. I've bough some mine there. If you're looking for flexible pens Mabie-Todd Swan (early models) and Wahl are very great too. Only think is nib flexibility but it is easier to find flexible nibs in pens to 1920.

Arnaldo Rivera – Thanks. I've never painted in oil or acrylic, only watercolors. Maybe i'll try but i love transparent and water mediums.

Sketchbook 2011 Part 20 – Starting people from memory sketchbook 1
Today new sketchbook with drawings made from memory. I've looked at people and tried to remember pose. Next step was drawing the pose from memory without looking at the model.

Sketchbook 2011 Part 22 – Daiy composition from memory
An exercise from "Natural Way to Draw". I think interesting one.
I try to remember a situation from my day and draw it from memory (usually at evening). It is sketchy thing for me.

as beautiful as the last time i saw your sketchbook.
as for your confusion as to how to tell a story--one place you can start is to try to explain how your subject got into its current situation. something as simple as tracks behind an animal or a feature in front of it can count as a narrative.
you can never go wrong when you ask yourself 'why' and 'how' and trying to answer with your pen. :]
