Your sketches are really quite good!
The knowledge of anatomy is there and all but I think you're struggling with color quite a bit.
I think you'd be better of just doing b&w paintings right now.
Value-wise the update May 12th of last year is better than some of your more recent stuff. If you don't have to care about colors you will be able to make much more engaging artwork through values.
You can always color a b&w later! Being overwhelmed by doing everything at once (lines, value, color) can often be very frustrating and that doesn't help with improvement very much.
Don't take this the wrong way, you definitely have a good foundation in line and sketching but since value is more important than color IMO you should try to focus on value.

Thanks Xelar 4 this realy usefull kritik . Yes you spotted it well and i see a great agreement with your arguments in using b&w to improve myself. I have to say that I just forgot about all that in the last troublesome months and its great that you remind me .
But i've got a question about color b&w afterwards cause i do not realy know how to do this in a realistic way .My 1st trys from last year (with those Windmill as example) don't seem to be correct .
Maybe you or someone else know a small tutorial/example 4 me ?

Hey man oyu have some nice design ideas in your work, go easy on the lines your sketches though, keep it clean. Working with a pen and focusong on making a nice gestural, accurate mark first go will fix the hesitant marks, this is the kind of thing i mean -http://www.conceptart.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=1438371&stc=1&d=133125 3597
Keep going man
Also I think theres a spelling mistake in your first post aha, do you mean "thx* 4" instead of thy?

I'm going to reiterate what TFSean said.. Your designs are great but would benefit so much from a smoother and more confident line! Keep it up.
